About the Author
Napoleon Hill (1883-1970), was born in a one-room cabin in Wise County, Virginia, USA.He began his writing career at age 13 as a “mountain reporter” for small town newspapers and went on to become one of America’s most beloved motivational authors. Hill was given the secret to earn riches by Andrew Carnegie in 1908, after he had made hundreds of millions and retired. He spent over twenty years of research working on the challenge, which produced his most famous work, Think and Grow Rich, a landmark classic, which is among the top 10 best selling self-help books of all time. He established the Napoleon Hill Foundation as a non-profit educational institution whose mission is to perpetuate his philosophy of leadership, self-motivation, and individual achievement.
